For tenants, an ESG analytics dashboard powered by Digital Twin technology helps monitor performance and facilitate efficient data reporting. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

REAL-TIME COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF ESG DATA
By integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) with the building management system, a comprehensive set of 12 ESG data perspectives collected by Internet of Things (IoT) sensors—including energy, carbon and waste management—is mapped in real time and reflected on a virtual smart building “twin” of The Henderson using Digital Twin technology.
